This policy explains how HARDWORKING collects, uses, stores and shares information when you visit our website or send a project inquiry.

Effective: September 4, 2026
Website: hardworking1996.com

Plain-language summary

Project information is used to review and respond to your inquiry.

When you contact us, your details may pass through our website, form-delivery provider, business email and private inquiry records. We also use website analytics and session-recording tools to understand site performance and improve the inquiry experience. The sections below explain these activities and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to information processed through hardworking1996.com, its project inquiry forms and communications arising from those inquiries. A third-party website or service linked from our site has its own policy.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, buyer type, project type, requested products, target timeline and the details you include in your message.

If you upload files, we may also receive drawings, floor plans, BOQs, product lists, schedules, measurements, reference images and other documents you choose to provide. Please do not submit confidential personal information that is not needed for the project inquiry.

Inquiry and attribution records

Our private WordPress inquiry workflow may record the form used, landing page, referring page and campaign parameters such as UTM values or a Google click identifier. It stores the inquiry text needed for follow-up, but it does not copy uploaded files into the WordPress inquiry record.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting, security and analytics services may process information such as IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, operating system, requested URL, referring URL, date and time, cookie or browser identifiers, page views, clicks, scrolling and other interaction data.

03

How we use information

We use information when reasonably necessary to:

  • review your project scope, drawings and requested product categories;
  • ask follow-up questions and prepare product, specification or quotation information;
  • communicate through email, telephone or WhatsApp;
  • coordinate relevant product sources, order review and export preparation if a business relationship develops;
  • maintain private sales and inquiry records, including source and follow-up status;
  • measure website use, diagnose errors and improve content, navigation and forms;
  • prevent spam, abuse and security incidents; and
  • comply with applicable law, enforce agreements and protect legal rights.

Depending on the applicable law and activity, processing may be based on steps you ask us to take before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests, legal obligations or consent.

04

Inquiry and quotation workflow

The website form currently uses FormSubmit to transmit the information and attachments you submit to our Gmail inbox. A text copy of selected inquiry fields may also be stored as a private record inside WordPress so the team can classify and follow up the inquiry. Uploaded files remain in the form and email delivery path rather than being copied into that WordPress record.

Where product-specific input is required, relevant project details may be shared with selected production or supply partners only to review feasibility, specifications, pricing, order preparation or fulfilment. We ask recipients to use the information for the relevant business purpose and avoid sending unnecessary personal or confidential data.

05

Analytics, cookies and similar technologies

The site uses or may use the following technologies. Their availability and settings can change as the website is updated.

Technology What it helps us do Information involved
WordPress, Hostinger and security services Serve pages, maintain the site, protect forms and diagnose technical issues. Request logs, IP address, device/browser details, security events and necessary cookies where used.
Google Analytics 4 through Site Kit Understand visits, traffic sources, page use and privacy-safe conversion events. Cookie or client identifiers, approximate location, device/browser data, pages, sessions and event information. We do not intentionally send form-field content to Google Analytics.
Microsoft Clarity Understand page rendering and aggregated interactions such as clicks, scrolling and session journeys. Pseudonymous identifiers, device/browser data and interaction data. Microsoft states that sensitive input content is masked by default.
First-touch attribution storage Keep the first traffic source connected to an inquiry during the browser session. UTM parameters, Google click identifier, landing page and referrer stored in browser session storage.
GTranslate and translation services Offer machine-translated versions of website content when you use the language selector. Language choice, technical request data and page content needed to provide translation; cookies or local storage may be used by the service.
YouTube privacy-enhanced embeds Display HARDWORKING video content. Technical and playback information may be sent to YouTube when the player is loaded or used. Privacy-enhanced mode reduces certain personalization uses but does not make the player data-free.

Google Analytics commonly uses first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Microsoft Clarity may use first- and third-party cookies including _clck and _clsk. Cookie duration and behavior are controlled by the relevant provider settings and may change.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser. Doing so may limit analytics, translation, video or other site features. Depending on your location, additional consent rights may apply. Provider controls are available through Google Analytics Opt-out and Microsoft privacy choices.

06

When information is shared

Information may be processed by:

  • authorized HARDWORKING staff handling inquiries, quotations and project follow-up;
  • Hostinger and WordPress-related services that host, secure and operate the website;
  • FormSubmit and Google/Gmail for form and email delivery;
  • Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, GTranslate/translation providers and YouTube for the website functions described above;
  • selected production, quality, logistics or supply partners where necessary for a requested quotation or order; and
  • professional advisers, authorities or other recipients when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights.

We do not publish your inquiry or project files. We do not intentionally sell the content of your project files or contact details for money. Third-party analytics and platform providers process technical and usage information under their own terms and privacy policies.

07

International processing

HARDWORKING is based in China and serves overseas project buyers. Information may therefore be processed in China and in locations where our hosting, email, analytics, translation, video or project-support providers operate. Privacy protections and government-access rules can differ between countries. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or other safeguard, we will take reasonable steps to use one.

08

Retention

We retain inquiry, project and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the potential or active business relationship, maintain transaction and compliance records, resolve disputes and protect legal rights. The period depends on the inquiry status, whether an order develops, the type of record and applicable legal obligations.

Browser session attribution normally remains for the active browser session. Analytics, hosting and third-party service data follow the retention settings and policies of the relevant provider. When information is no longer reasonably required, we delete, anonymize or restrict it where practical.

09

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect inquiry information, including private WordPress records, access controls, encrypted website connections, spam controls and restricted administrative access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use an appropriate secure channel before sending highly sensitive drawings, credentials or confidential commercial information.

10

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or an explanation about personal information we process. You may also have a right to object, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a competent data-protection authority.

To make a request, email hardworkinghuang@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Please describe the information or interaction involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, transaction or dispute purposes.

11

Children

This is a business-to-business website for project buyers and is not directed to children. Please do not submit information about a child through our inquiry forms. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.

12
