How does one-stop building material sourcing from China work?
Send the project information you have, such as a floor plan, product list, room schedule or reference images. HARDWORKING can review the requested categories, clarify available specifications and organize the information needed for a coordinated quotation.
What products can HARDWORKING supply for a whole-house project?
The current range includes custom cabinets and wardrobes, entry and interior doors, aluminum and wood window systems, wall panels, wood and PVC flooring, stair systems, decorative moulding, screens, partitions and door hardware.
Can I send only pictures, room sizes or a rough idea?
Yes. Reference images, room measurements, a simple product list or an early drawing can provide a starting point. Any known quantity, material preference or installation condition helps the team clarify the quotation scope.
Can you support villas, apartments, hotels and commercial projects?
The product categories can be organized for villas, apartments, hotels and commercial interiors. The quotation scope is reviewed against the rooms, product list, quantities and other information provided for each project.
Can I request a product catalogue?
Yes. We have an up-to-date catalogue covering our full product range. Contact us to request it and let us know which products you are interested in.

Can sizes, materials and finishes be customized?
Sizes, materials, colors, finishes and product combinations can be reviewed by category and project requirement. Available options and the final scope should be confirmed in the quotation and order documents.
How do you support quality checks for overseas orders?
Order-specific support can include confirming selected materials and specifications, reviewing available production or packing documentation, and recording agreed check points. The exact checks and documents are agreed for each order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product category. We can also discuss a small custom trial order, such as one item or one metre where applicable, so you can assess our quality and service. Tell us the product and quantity you need, and we will confirm the order options and pricing.
Can I get samples, and are they free?
Samples are available. For selected products, such as flooring, the sample is free and shipping charges are paid by the recipient on delivery. Tell us which product you would like to sample so we can confirm availability and any applicable sample charge.

What information should I send to get a building materials quotation?
Send the project type and destination, floor plans or drawings, required product categories, preferred materials or finishes, known sizes and quantities, plus any reference images. The inquiry form also accepts project file uploads.
What affects the price, and why might my quote differ from an advertised price?
Pricing depends on order quantity, materials, dimensions, colour and packaging. Larger orders can qualify for lower unit prices. An advertised price may be a starting price for custom products or apply to specific in-stock project products. Send us the listing and your requirements so we can confirm the price for your order.
Is shipping included in the product price?
No. Product prices do not include shipping. The shipping cost depends on the destination and whether you need delivery to your address or to a port. Share your delivery address or destination port so we can quote the shipping cost separately.
Can you deliver to my area and help with packing?
Door delivery depends on your exact destination, so we need to check the address first. Port delivery can generally be arranged, subject to confirmation of the destination port and shipping route. Tell us which delivery option you prefer so we can check availability and cost. Packing review and shipping coordination can be discussed according to the selected products, order details and destination.
Do you have a local warehouse?
We do not currently have our own local warehouse. Where a suitable contact is available, we can recommend a local customer or dealer we work with who may be able to assist. Let us know your location and what help you need.
